Dual Registration

Phones can use two different methods for dual registration – Primary and Secondary Address or Primary and Secondary Outbound Proxy.

Both methods Provisioning settings displayed in Default Settings:

After deciding which method to use:

1. Enable the two Provisioning settings in Default Settings
2. Click Reload on Default Settings page
3. Add the two Permissions for the SuperAdmin group
4. Enter the 2 Addresses/Proxy addresses on the Device’s page.

Phones That Support Dual Registration

• Polycom VVX phones
• Yealink T4x and T5x phones
  • Yealink version 84.0.15 or higher firmware versions
  • 83.0.xx does NOT support dual registration
• If you add IP to the domain ACL, then Granstream phones will work
